Join AnnMarie for this gentle morning practice.The purpose of this Hatha Yoga with Chair class offered each Tuesday morning in series is to gently advance your personal yoga practice. The use of the chair will help you evolve your yoga poses. This “lyengar”-style chair series is designed to boost your progress. The chair supports and facilitates safe, deep release into your personal, unique version of each pose. With the chair you will be able to release deeper than you ever have before and with better, safer form. Each class will begin with a warm-up, progress to explore a category of yoga poses, and then wind down to finish with a well-earned restful shavasana pose.
PLEASE NOTE:
If a series does not fill entirely, then the remaining spots can be filled by drop-in students. Call us to determine if there are any drop-in spots available in the week(s) you wish to attend.
