Through the deep benefits of classical Hatha Yoga, all bodies are welcome to slow down, release tension, and regenerate the nervous system. It's not a fashion show, comfortable clothing and for all bodies. Best part, no mirrors. :)
We practice mindful postures and pranayama (breathwork) to calm the five senses, calm the mind, and invite balance. Each movement becomes a meditation, offering your body your wonderful presence.
The class closes with a sound healing meditation, crystal tones guiding you into inner peace and preparing you for a peaceful week ahead.
