During these hath yoga and yogic breathing sessions you will refresh with hatha yoga asana with flowing and static asana. Yogic cleansing breathing techniques to release blocked energy and detoxify the body and mind. Conscious breathing to calm your nervous system. Meditation to increase mental clarity, improve mindfulness and self awareness. Deep relaxation with yoga nidra to restore energy and boost your whole wellbeing, body mind and soul.

ABOUT
Wendy Moran is a BWY Hatha Yoga Teacher. A senior teacher who has taught for 16 years. She is an advanced yoga practitioner who started her practice as a teenager. Founder of Amity Yoga Wellness she offers holistic and wellbeing events including workshops and retreats.
Wendy offers a balance of traditional hatha yoga practices, following the 8 limbs of yoga. Vinyasa flow is well paced with a sensitive rhythm coordinating with breath. She continues to deepen her practice with advanced pranayama yogic studies with Yoga Elder Sama Fabian. Wendy especially likes to share the benefits that yoga brings to her and inspires others to make yoga a daily practice to enhance their whole wellbeing.
