About this Event
Yoga in Nature: Our Hatha yoga session will be a breath of fresh air for both beginners and experienced yogis. This practice is designed to rejuvenate your body, clear your mind, and reconnect you with the earth beneath your feet. Please don't forget to bring your yoga mat, blocks or a bolster to enhance your practice. In this one hour class we will connect body and mind with pranayama breath work, followed by an all levels hatha practice, and concluded with a grounded guided meditation.
Community Picnic: After the yoga session, we invite you to stay and enjoy a delightful community picnic. It's a perfect opportunity to nourish your body and connect with fellow participants. Please bring your own picnic lunch to enjoy.
Payment: Whether it's a homemade treat, a cherished book to swap, garden veg, or even a heartfelt hug and kind word, we're embracing a value exchange philosophy. If you're able, please bring something of similar value to trade for the yoga class. Cash donations are also accepted as a payment option. We trust that our students will not take advantage of us and will contribute in exchange for this class. Our community is built on inclusivity and shared experiences.
