You will be among local friends of differing abilities, from beginners to advanced, including pregnant ladies, seniors and those who practice sitting on a chair (chair yoga). A multitude of options are given, as Stacey Carol specialises in inclusivity within one class.
Main intentions for class are to relive stress, move easier, relive pain, sleep well, cope with life changes/challenges and feel better.
Teaching off mat, with hands-on adjustment (if you are comfortable with that), for a safer, deeper yoga practice.
6 consecutive weeks make up the term and booking with upfront payment is required. $90 for the term ($15 per class).
