💫 Asanas (postures) are presented in a fluid sequence, flowing one to the next. The practice focuses on aligning breath and intention with movement, making a meditative, full body practice possible.
MOVE - BREATHE and RELAX IN AN ACTIVE, YET NURTURING WAY
💫 Lots of familiar postures, with some deeper/challenging options. Plenty of demonstration and instruction, allowing you to work at a calm, steady pace, reconnecting to body and mind
💫 Pranayama (breathing techniques) + either relaxation or meditation will be led in these sessions
💫 Open level - mixed abilities
