Yoga is a way of life to bring awareness to our body, learning to be aware of how we feel & connecting with ourselves.

In these 5 sessions, we will be working on lengthening the spine, improving postures especially rounded shoulders/hunchback issues & general flexibility.

We focus on going slow & detailed, holding each posture for a longer time & having variations for all body types. All levels including beginners & inflexible are welcome.

Expect a mindful relaxation at the end of every class!

No refund upon confirmation except in the event the sessions are cancelled by Mindful Space.

Aerial yoga

Aerial yoga goes through the basic element and foundation of yoga with the help of Aerial Hammock that can deepen the stretches of normal yoga poses using gravity. Inversions can be done easily with the use of the Aerial Hammock which allows you to achieve decompression in the joints and reap the anti-aging benefits even if you do not have the strength to hold a full inversion in a more conversational yoga class.
