This yoga class is 60mins and suitable for everyone.7.45pm - 8.45pm at The Ridgeway Community Centre
The class will be 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises (Ghosh Lineage.) Focusing on effort in the posture, and stillness in between. This sequence works every muscle in your body, stretches and strengthens.
This will not be a yin class. I just want to make sure there is no confusion 😊
