Description
Make a meal that includes the best of both worlds: a perfectly cooked steak paired with a sauce made with everyone's favorite chile and mac n' cheese that includes not only lobster but roasted Hatch chiles. You'll perfect your techniques as you make an appetizer; a salad with homemade dressing; steak with a simple, fresh sauce; and a luxe version of a family staple.
For ages 21 & up. You'll enjoy a glass of wine that complements the dishes.

At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
