Hat Bar Barn Party!

You'll want to throw on your boots for this barn event! Join us on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at 4 PM for a fun and creative evening at 4T Acre Ranch in Clovis where you can customize a trucker or rancher-style hat just in time for rodeo and concert season. Whether you're a seasoned crafter or a beginner, this event is perfect for anyone looking to add a personal touch to their headwear.

We have dozens of color variations available in trucker and rancher hats. Here's the 1-2-3 deets:
1. Trucker hat bar starts at $25 (Get up to 3 patches or up to 2 patches with a chain.)
2. Rancher hat bar starts at $35 (Comes with 3 accessories. See list of accessories below.)

This is a collaborative event between Missy Tuck with Hey Girl Hats and 4T Acre Ranch, and Shannon Merritt of Artfully Yours Parties and Workshops. You can expect an artfully shabby-chic and country-fide affair with other crafts, charcuterie boards, and sippers available for purchase.

Info: To allow yourself time to build your custom hat, please arrive no later than 5:30 p.m. When you arrive, please park in the designated parking areas (look for signage) and be sure you leave plenty of room for others to get around you should they leave before you. When you park, walk up the driveway and look for the blue "mini" Grand Hotel (pictured in this post). You'll hang a left there to head to the barn for check-in and to collect your "sipper". Hat orders will be accepted up to 6 p.m., and the event will end by 7 p.m.
