Get ready for an epic chase! Here’s everything you need to know to join the fun:Hare:
- Five Mile Barbie.
Date & Time:
- December 7th, Saturday
- 1:00 PM for check-in and the trail briefing.
- 1:15 PM Release the Hounds! (Hare has a 15-minute head start)
- 3:00 PM Hash Circle with singing and drinking
- 3:30 PM On-After Starbucks City View Centre Shopping Mall
Location:
- Kenna Cartwright Park Hillside Dr Parking Lot
Hash Cost:
- $5 for the hash with 2 cans* of your choice and down-downs**.
- $2 for the hash and down-downs**.
*Cans: beer, 0.5%, pop, or bubbly water ($5 for another 2 cans).
**Down-downs: small cups of cheap beer or bubbly water.
Trail info & Rules:
- Hash Start, Halt, and Finish are all in the same place.
- Live Trail: This is a live hash, meaning the Hare marks the trail with hash marks every ~60 steps. All trails are viable, and all trail crossings are intersections with only the correct trail having hash marks.
- Walkers Welcome: Look for the "W" and break free to find your own way to the Halt or Finish.
