This September, join us for a transformative Yoga Nidra workshop designed to help you explore deep rest, relaxation + experience the healing energy of the autumn season. In this workshop, as the season shifts, leaves change colors and the air becomes crisp, we will take time to turn inward and harvest a profound sense of peace + harmony all while experiencing deep relaxation + rejuvenation. Throughout, Rebecca will lovingly guide you through gentle movement, meditation, breathwork, body scans + visualization experiences that promote profound rest, emotional healing + mental clarity. Experience all of this in our cozy, supportive environment that offers a sense of peace + calm so that you may unwind, surrender + connect with the beauty of the harmony + light within.Experience: Please know that no yoga experience is required as this workshop is completely guided and accessible to seasoned practitioners as well as those completely new to yoga.
What to Wear/Bring: Wear your comfiest yoga attire and bring any blankets, pillows, eye cover and/or cozy socks to make yourself as comfortable as possible.
