About this Event

Welcome to Harvesting Aloha: 25 Years of Wasting Less & Feeding More! Join us for a night of celebration as we mark a quarter-century of making a difference in our community. The event will take place on Saturday August 3, 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Hoʻokupu Center. Come and enjoy delicious food, live music, and inspiring stories of how we have been able to reduce food waste and feed more people over the years. Let's come together for a special fundraiser dinner to honor our achievements and further our mission of combating food insecurity in our community! See you there!

General Admission (Features: Standing-room access to cocktail tables, chef stations, and the bar)

Parking:

As a courtesy to our guests, complimentary valet parking services will be provided for your convenience. Parking is limited. We encourage guests to carpool or use ride-sharing services whenever possible. Please check in with the valet attendant upon arrival.


Ticket Sales:

For ticket purchases via check, please reach out to us at [email protected]. No service fees apply when purchasing tickets with a check. All the proceeds from this event will support Aloha Harvest and its mission to rescue quality food to nourish and strengthen our community.

Event Sponsorship & Group Ticket Sales:

To inquire about group ticket purchases or event sponsorship opportunities, kindly reach out to us at [email protected]. Purchasing four general admission tickets qualifies you as a Hoa Hana sponsor, while purchasing ten VIP tickets earns you the title of Hoa Aloha sponsor and includes a private dining table at the event.


Tax-deductible Receipt:

Aloha Harvest is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. A portion of the ticket price for this event is tax-deductible. The amount of contribution that is deductible for federal income tax purposes is limited to the excess of money (and the fair market value of property other than money) contributed over the value of goods or services provided by Aloha Harvest. For general admission tickets, the tax-deductible amount is $166 per ticket. For VIP tickets, the tax-deductible amount is $390 per ticket. Following your purchase, you'll receive a donation receipt via email within 5-10 business days. Kindly keep this timeframe in mind as our staff personally prepares your donation receipt.
