HARVESTERS IN THE HOLLER
ATTN: PLEASE READ BELOW! WE MADE SOME CHANGES TO OUR PET POLICY
Thanks for joining us for the 4th year!! Once again we hope to grow this into one of the largest IH gatherings in the country. Our host site Oaklawn Farms, is a beautiful event hosting venue in the heart of some of the most scenic country in Tennessee. The farm offers miles of mild off-road trails for everyone to responsibly enjoy, hundreds of large Oak Trees to camp under, ponds to camp beside, fire pits, and a large barn for social gatherings. Within a short drive, you can expect to find nothing short of breathtaking scenery, including overlooks, waterfalls, and a mountainous backdrop.
This Year's Dates - September 19th - 20th 2025
TICKET SELECTION- We have several ticket options. Some can and need to be purchased in conjunction with another. Make sure you read and purchase tickets that apply to you.
FRIDAY - Will be a relaxed day of hanging out fun and giveaways. We will have our 4th annual RC Rock Crawling competition with prizes in the waterfall bed sometime Friday evening, so get that RC car dialed in and ready to go. One of our fearless Trail Guides and President of the Gulf COast Binders, Mr. Darren Freeze will be heading up our games at Jakes Barn. We will be having the slow man crawl, Bullseye, and a couple of others! As always, the Guided trails will be open and running until 8 pm, we emphasize that you enjoy the trails responsibly, meaning that you do your level best to not damage trails by intentionally spinning tires.
SATURDAY - Will be a busy day. We will kick things off with some social time, with coffee and donuts provided. Morning announcements will follow at 9:30 am. Everyone will then leave for the scavenger hunt at their own pace. We would like to have everyone back at the farm by 2:30 pm. Upon returning, you will claim your tickets from the scavenger hunt to be used for giveaway items. Giveaway winners will be announced throughout the day. Again the trails will be open for use until 8 pm. Dinner on Saturday will be provided (for those who have purchased the appropriate tickets) in the Jake's Barn. Your vehicle entry ticket includes dinner for 2 . If you have more in your party we ask that you please purchase an additional meal ticket for each guest you have over the initial 2. We asked the Book of Faces and it seemed to be a toss up between the Taco bar and the Fish Fry and Smoked chicken so Southern Fried Dinner it is!!! Smoked Chicken, Fried Catfish, Homemade Hush puppies, French Fries , and Coleslaw.

Should these Hotels fill, there are plenty of others in the same area. As mentioned, dinner will be provided on the night of the 20th. All other meals and beverages will need to be planned for by attendees. You are welcome to bring your camp stoves and grills and prepare meals on-site, or there is a local Mexican restaurant just down the road. Also, there is a Dollar General a few miles away for any last-minute items, or Walmart in town is about a 15-minute drive.
Our number one mission is to create an environment where everyone feels welcomed and included. We encourage everyone to step out of their comfort zone, meet new people, and forge new relationships within the community. We also want to say that as adults we understand that alcohol will be consumed, and we welcome and want everyone to be able to have a good time, but we ask that everyone does so responsibly. Again, we want to make everyone feel welcome, and this includes families with children. We will have a zero-tolerance policy for anyone that becomes belligerent or reckless due to overconsumption. There is simply too much liability, obviously with safety first, but also with the risk of damage to trucks and the venue. Those found violating this policy will be escorted from the premises and prevented from re-entry.
PETS - Sadly due to issues in the previous years and our Insurance we will not allow pets anywhere out side of the camping area. This means no pets in or around the main barn, Jake's Barn, or in the show and shine area. CAMPING AREA ONLY!!!! We apologize for any inconvenience
PARKING- There is plenty of on-site parking available for tow rigs and trailers. Please note that parking is only accessible during designated hours. Also as mentioned in the lodging section we have added an early entry for people who have purchased the appropriate ticket and are wishing to unload on the evening of Thursday between the listed hours.
We want to thank each and every one of you for attending. We are trying to allow this to grow organically, and we depend on feedback from you to help us improve. We are here and listening!
