Colder months are on there way! In the spirit of cold water medicine and its benefits we give thanks. The Harvest Sauna Social marks the turning of a corner into what we consider our peak season of doing this work. Come join us at Klode Beach in WFB to celebrate!Expect the usual: wood fired sauna tents, cold plunging, movement, breath, meaningful connection and of course FUN. A space for resilient BEEings to fill their cup, get curious, support one another, and explore what's possible in an encouraging space.
Event will run from 8am to 11am with a ticket price of $30. Going to be a stellar day, see ya'll there!
