We are Mater Dolorosa Passionist Retreat Center in Sierra madre California. We are known as a welcoming warm presence in the Foothills for our silent and weekend retreats we are a Catholic non-profit but welcome anyone who wants to be here. We would like to inform you of an annual event “Harvest on the Hill" Fundraiser!We will celebrate Harvest on the Hill on Saturday September 20 2025!
Harvest will look a little different this year with a concert produced in collaboration with Clazzical Notes. Like many summer concerts there are two kinds of tickets:
Table tickets ($95) will include a seat at a table boxed dinner social hour with a full bar and beer & wine during dinner.
General Admission tickets ($25) do not include the above amenities and require you to bring your own chair (no blankets as we will be on a field covered with gravel). We hope that offering a more affordable ticket price will attract a larger audience and more community members to our lovely grounds; thank you for inviting your friends and neighbors to the concert! GA ticket holders are welcome to bring a picnic; there will also be snacks for sale.
You may purchase tickets sponsor the concert or make a donation by clicking on the red button above; sponsorship benefits are listed below.
4 pm: Mass in the chapel (open to ticket holders or anyone who would like to attend Mass)
5: Social hour for Table ticket holders
5:30: Grounds open for GA ticket holders; there will be snacks and merchandise for sale as well as a raffle with a $1000 prize!
6: Dinner served for Table ticket holders
6:30 - 7:45: Concert! We will have 7 - 8 musicians sharing a variety of inspirational religious and spiritual music. Details on musicians will be published in September.
If weather allows this will be an outdoor concert on the Fiesta Grounds. Please dress for an outdoor event with changes in elevation; sturdy shoes will be necessary as well as a jacket for cool evening temperatures.

Angel: $10000 and above:

Steward $5000 - $9999: Your name or company name in event program on donor banner our website & social media and in the donor recognition displays by our dining hall; as well as 8 tickets to the Harvest on the Hill concert & dinner.
Advocate $2500 - $4999: Your name or company name in event program our website & social media and in the donor recognition displays by dining hall; as well as 6 tickets to the Harvest on the Hill concert & dinner.
Ambassador $1000: Your name or company name in event program on our website and in the donor recognition displays by dining hall; as well as 4 tickets to the Harvest on the Hill concert & dinner.
