- 11:45 AM: Journaling & Breathwork Workshop with Lucy
- 12:45 PM: A Delicious Plant-Based Lunch by our Retreat Chef, Kat
- 2:00 PM: Cacao Ceremony and Crystal Sound Healing Journey

- Where: Happy River Retreat, Alpha Farm, BH20 7PA. Detailed directions will be shared closer to the date, but we promise it’s easy to find!
