About the Experience
As the season turns, we gather to harvest what serves and release what does not. This gentle sound bath invites you inward—away from noise, toward stillness—so your body can soften, your breath can deepen, and your nervous system can reset. Expect slow transitions, warm overtones, and plenty of space to simply be.
