6:00 – Welcome + Sip & Stroll
• Moms check in, grab name tags, and receive a “Mixer Passport”
6:20 – Vendor Spotlights
• Quick intro about each vendor
6:30 – Social Icebreaker Game
• A guided “Find Someone Who…” activity.
• Moms introduce themselves and check off prompts on their Passport.
7:00 – Open Shopping + Community Table
• Free time to shop, mingle, and eat.
• Community table has convo cards and a DIY activity (e.g., make a gratitude jar).
7:30 – Group Game
• Could be “This or That” live vote game where moms stand on different sides of the room (coffee vs. soda, Target vs. Amazon, etc.).
7:45 – Raffle Giveaway
• Draw from tickets earned through shopping
