Yin Yoga and Meditation with the healing sounds of Shakti Ma in the remarkable Pendleton- Chapman Barn near the Avondale Preserve on an organic farm on the night of the Harvest Moon Rise!After class, we will step out into the grass to see the Full Moon rise over the organic farm. The bright moonlight helps farmers harvest crops before the onset of winter.
The harvest moon symbolizes abundance, renewal, gratitude, and balance between life and dark as the season's transition.
Please be kind to the Parking Goddess. Carpool if possible. Private residence. Please no parking on grass or parking on grass/lawn.
