~featuring Empyrean crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong, chimes, ocean drum, and binaural crystal sets for alpha, gamma, and theta vibrations.
What do you want to create? What are you ready to let go? This is expansive full moon energy, and an eclipse at that. Eclipses have a way of putting us in alignment with our desires. This is also the precursor to the new moon eclipse and Autumn Equinox coming two weeks later. Solstices and Equinoxes are the four most healing periods of the year. Tune in to yourself. Come back home to yourself. Be ready for the shifts. ❤️
To relax on purpose is to reach a deeper level of healing. Tune in to the sound of the crystal bowls as they awaken the crystalline structure of our bones and the most crystalline structure of our bodies--the pineal gland. When we hear notes at random, we awaken the occipital region of our brains.
Activating alpha and theta states can bring clarity, insights, Eureka moments, and a greater level of healing.
Sound is an ancient form of healing that transforms us on all levels--physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The vibration penetrates physical form to reach every cell of our bodies.
We will be serving tea and tarot for guests who wish to arrive a little early or linger a little longer. Journaling prompts available for those looking for deeper insight.

Cost:
$35.00 for plush mat
$32 for Reclining chair
$30 for yoga mat --or bring your own mat or chair
What to bring: water bottle, journal, pen and you may want to bring your own mat, pillow, eye mask or blanket, though I do have plenty available for RSVP'd guests. Space is limited.
