Led by the intelligent and intuitive Miki Romo, you’ll flow through gentle yoga poses designed to connect you with the rhythms of nature, community, and your inner self. Once you’re settled, Miki will add to the magic of the experience, playing crystal bowls and other instruments, inviting you into peaceful repose as you soak in the sounds of the evening. With stable, anchored boards offering a secure platform, you’ll be held in peace as you enjoy this October evening in the river’s embrace under the full moon’s majesty.
