This whimsical plated dinner will feature six inspired courses crafted from the region’s most treasured ingredients — from Mason Hill Wagyu beef to ostrich egg polpettine di uovo, foraged wild mushrooms, and a vibrant showcase of vegetables both familiar and delightfully unexpected. Each dish tells the story of our local farms, fields, and forests at the height of the season.
Hosted in a beautiful Portland venue, the evening pairs the artistry of fine dining with the rustic soul of the Pacific Northwest. Each course will be thoughtfully matched with a curated wine or non-alcoholic botanical cocktail, ensuring every guest feels part of the celebration.
