About this Event
Our workshop is rooted in the Korean seasonal tradition called Kimjang '김장', where the community comes together to ferment the year's harvest, preparing by preserving food to last through the long winter ahead.
We're excited to reenact this lovely community tradition this year in amsterdam.
By fermenting local vegetables grown just outside of Amsterdam in Beemster, we hope to create a meaningful moment to connect with our neighbours, get to know one another better, and help you prepare both your pantry and yourself for the coming cold, dark winter.
Join us to harvest, ferment, and lets get ready for winter time !
