Join me for the final Soul Journey Breathwork Circle of the year, Harvest Gratitude, where we will gather in community to breathe, reflect, and open our hearts to the light that still shines within and around us — even in the darkest times.
Through a transcendental breathwork journey, we’ll release what the year has carried, honor the lessons and blessings of the seasons past, and plant seeds of gratitude and compassion to carry into the winter months ahead.
This evening will be a sacred space to harvest the wisdom, love, and growth you’ve cultivated throughout the year — and to remember that gratitude is not only for the easy times, but a light that sustains us through life’s challenges.
Come as you are, breathe deeply, and let your heart be held in community as we close the year in warmth, presence, and love.
