Guided by Catherine Hinkle, you’ll experience Yoga Nidra — a deeply restorative guided meditation often called “yogic sleep.” As your body settles into complete comfort, your mind is led through gentle layers of awareness, releasing what no longer serves you and planting seeds for the season ahead.
The timing is magical — the Fall Equinox (around September 22) is a moment when light and dark are in balance. Combined with the Harvest Moon’s energy, it’s the perfect opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself, and set intentions for the months to come.
No yoga or meditation experience is needed. Just bring your mat, wear cozy clothes, and settle in. We’ll have blankets and pillows available, but feel free to bring your favorites for extra comfort.
