Harvest Full Moon Yoga! We’re back in the peaceful, healing space of OmTree Shala.
Join us Sunday, September 7 2:30-3:30p for Full Moon Yoga. I chose this time, cause well, Sunday afternoon practices are so delicious. Also, because it’s when the full moon is at its peak for a powerful practice.
Sometimes called the Corn moon, this is also a powerful blood super moon and the practice I created is so yummy.
The Harvest Full Moon is about abundance and reflection. This last new moon asked us to be still with our endings and taking time to see how our intentions are creating a path.
The Harvest Moon is more of this energy. Like an agricultural harvest, it is a time to enjoy the abundance of your hard work and actions. It’s time to reflect on how all your hard work has paid off. It’s time to enjoy the fruits of your labor.
We’ll practice poses that invite you to reflect as well as release anything that may hold you back Sometimes it’s hard to acknowledge our gifts and talents. This practice will help you embrace how well you’ve done this summer.
