Enjoy a pueblo oven demonstration, food tastings, and kids’ activities. This is a wonderful community event to celebrate the bounty of our unique region. Melons, squash, blue corn, and other special produce available. Indigenous growers from the Colorado Plateau also offer a variety of food and produce for sale.
The location is the beautiful Colton Garden on the MNA research campus. To access parking for this event, turn onto Research Center Drive from Fort Valley Road/Highway 180, where the Harold S. Colton Research Center sign is located.
