Autumn’s most anticipated tradition returns! For 19 years, the Suncadia Harvest Festivalhas brought families and friends together to revel in the sights, sounds, and flavors of fall. Stroll through a vibrant pumpkin patch, climb to the top of a giant hay pyramid, hop on a wagon ride, or join in for live music and dancing—the spirit of the season is alive at every turn.
This annual celebration is more than just a festival; it’s a place where memories are made. Whether you’re enjoying seasonal treats, cheering on the duck races, or capturing the perfect fall photo, the Harvest Festival is the perfect way to experience autumn in the Cascades.

Come hungry! The festival offers plenty of delicious ways to fuel your fall fun. Enjoy food trucks with tasty grab‑and‑go options, perfect for snacking as you explore the farm. For grown‑ups, the Suncadia Bar will be serving up the flavors of the season—from cozy fall‑inspired drinks to your favorite adult beverages. Grab a bite, sip something delicious, and roam the festival grounds while the kids enjoy the activities—you’ll have everything you need for a perfect autumn day.
Harvest Hustle Presented by Girls with Grit

The Harvest Hustle, presented with Girls with Grit is a Fall obstacle course fun run for every age and skill level. The Suncadia trails and Kittitas County Nature Conservancy are a beautiful backdrop for this family-friendly, harvest inspired run. Jump, Crawl, Spin…and RUN!
Teanaway Country Store Fall Pop-Up and Book Signing
Celebrate autumn at Suncadia as the Teanaway Country Store hosts a four-day pop-up, featuring curated homewares, rustic décor, and local gifts—plus a special October 5 book signing with designer Max Humphrey. The first 20 guests receive a free copy of his new book, and visitors can enter to win a cozy “Welcome Home to Suncadia” gift basket onsite.

Open each day of Harvest Festival from 12–4.
Builders are opening their doors to highlight fresh designs, inspiring floorplans, and the latest in mountain living. Whether you’re just curious, gathering ideas, or searching for your next retreat, this is your chance to explore and experience Suncadia’s newest offerings firsthand.
At Harvest Festival, pick up your map at the Suncadia Real Estate booth (right next to the info booth!) and make your way through all six Showhome locations. Visit them all and you’ll be entered into a special giveaway—details revealed at the festival!
Join us for an added bonus at The Uplands Clubhouse: birdhouse decorating! Families can decorate together on-site or take a kit home to enjoy later. This hands-on project is all about making memories while experiencing the welcoming spirit of the community.
