Make your reservations now for lunch or dinner “with a view” every Friday in September. The reservation will secure one of the limited seats by the windows overlooking production. Keep in mind that most of the action will be winding down by 5 or 6, but there is always something going on during harvest. Even if you do not have a reservation, there will be ample viewing opportunities. In fact, we will be roping off a small area on the production floor so that you can walk out to view the action all weekend long. We are only taking reservations on Fridays, but there will be winemakers working in the space on Saturdays and Sundays as well, so anytime is a great time to visit the Collective this September.
