Mark your calendars!A culmination of a year’s worth of hard work, Harvest Days is Landis Valley’s oldest and largest family event. Come for demonstrations, exhibits, live music, and children’s activities. Taste heirloom varieties of apples and watch them become apple butter and cider. See demonstrations on weaving, spinning, and other fiber arts. Pick a pumpkin of your very own and then decorate it. All of this and more are packed into two fun-filled days.
This year’s event offers food demonstrations [apple butter, sauerkraut, processing pork, bake oven and hearth cooking]; craft demonstrations [coopering, blacksmith, leather, brooms, pottery, millinery, weaving, woodwork, and more]; craft sales [jams & jellies, pottery, soap, candles, and more], our pumpkin patch, kid’s crafts.
Food will be available for purchase on site. Free parking.
The hours for the
event on Saturday will be 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and 11:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sunday.
