Join UMES Extension for a "Harvest and Store Your Own Specialty Crop Seeds" workshop on Oct. 9, 2024.
Specialty crop cultivars are difficult to acquire. This workshop will educate growers on seed saving methods as a means of acquiring specialty cultivars for production.
The event will be held from 9 a.m.-noon at the UMES Research, Extension and Teaching Farm, located at 10789 Stewart Neck Road in Princess Anne, MD.
The cost is $20 per person, and pre-registration is required for each attendee. Class size is limited.
