And anyone else......who is looking for a Mind, Body, Movement, Spiritual based practice of Self Care and Self Development.
Includes : Qigong Movements, Breathwork, Tuning into the Body (somatic), Releasing Tension, Grounding, Nourishment in the form of Qi, Herbs, Healthy Foods and TCM Teas.
