Haruka will lead you through meditations, journaling and sound healing with the intention to make closure to 2022 and renew energy for 2023
About this Event

To start something new, it is important to acknowledge the ending instead of just “running through.”

Haruka hopes that this session will be an opportunity for the participants to acknowledge the end of 2022 and to start the year of 2023 with an expansive energy.

This session is a combination of meditation, journaling and sound healing.

This time, Haruka will introduce her Handpan* for the first time accompanied by our lovely Fullmoon Singing Bowls.

What is the experience:

Reflect and make peace with 2022 through journaling

Meditation to let go of things that are no longer serving us

Meditation to renew our energies

Letter to yourself (your dream letter)

Sound Healing - to integrate the newly created pattern through mediations with the sounds and vibrations of the Handpan*, Fullmoon singing bowls, Koshi chimes, wave drum and Native Americal forest flute.

*This Handpan, “Kanga 閑雅“ was created by a dedicated handpan maker “sonobe” of Japan. “Kanga” means elegance & grace in Japanese.
