Jodie and Damien have been making wine in the Hunter Valley for 20 years and across different regions of the world. Hart & Hunter was born after a trip to the south of Italy in 2006 and in 2009 they secured the first parcel of Ablington Shiraz. The rest as they say, is history.
Their aim, to create Single Vineyard Wines that emphasise a sense of place, their terroir and ultimately wines true to style. Their passion, to find a great patch of dirt producing classic Hunter Semillon, Chardonnay and Shiraz.
Tickets include food and tastings of 7 wines.
