✨ Wingardium Levi-YOGA! ✨Calling all witches, wizards, and Muggles with weary muscles—it’s time to stretch, flow, and channel your inner magic! This enchanting yoga session will guide you through poses and movements inspired by the world of Harry Potter, helping you relax, recharge, and maybe even master a relaxation incantation or two. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yoga wizard, you'll learn calming techniques, breathing exercises, and mindful movement—all while wielding a brand-new magic wand!
🧙♂️🪄What to bring: A yoga mat if you have one (or a beach towel works, too!), but no worries if you forget—just bring yourself and your love for all things magical! Bottled water will be provided, or refill your own bottle at our water fountain.
For children of all ages and their families. Just apparate in!
Space and supplies will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Christy High is a certified yoga instructor and Hypno-Doula and has completed Prenatal Yoga Teacher training.
