Join us for our monthly hosted dinner that celebrates the best flavors of the Rogue Valley. Each event features a custom menu crafted by some of the region’s most talented chefs, highlighting fresh, high-quality ingredients and creative recipes. In partnership with local culinary artisans who share our passion for excellence, we create an unforgettable dining experience that brings people together over great food and warm conversation.
This month, we are thrilled to welcome Executive Chef Dean Lee to the Rogue Valley. Chef Lee, a culinary talent with a rich international background, credits his passion for cooking to his grandmother in Jamaica. He trained extensively in London and Toronto, worked alongside the world-famous Chef Gordon Ramsay, and has held executive culinary positions at prestigious establishments including Eagle Oaks Golf & Country Club in New Jersey. Currently, Chef Lee is the Executive Chef at Suntree Country Club in Melbourne, Florida, bringing years of experience and a true passion for the culinary arts to every dish he creates.
Schedule:
Board our Harry & David Tour bus at 5:30 pm and head to our beautiful Royal Crest Orchards.
