fight for civil rights. Henry Moore
founded the Brevard County
NAACP, and was its first president.
After starting the Florida
Progressive Voter’s League, he helped register over 100,000 voters in the
state. He fought against racial violence and lynching in Florida.
The complex is on the property of the original Moore family homesite, and houses the
museum, a replica of their house, a conference center, gift shop, and library.

Our group will be provided a 45-minute docent-led tour.
Guests may also explore the museum on their own.
After exploring the museum and its grounds, visitors will head to the Dixie Crossroads
Restaurant in Titusville (about 20 minutes) for lunch and fellowship.
Transportation is $35, payable to Angela Boling by Venmo (@AngelaBoling), Zelle, check, or
cash. Deadline for payment is January 31, 2026.

2880 45th Street, at about 8:30 a.m.
