Nina Kopparhed, soprano and Neil Crossland, piano will perform "To a Sky-Lark", a programme inspired by the countryside, including the ever-popular Chants D'auvergne, set 1, which includes Bailero. Other items on the programme are: Neil Crossland's "To a Sky-Lark", a selection from Andrew Wilson's song cycle "Stella's Cycle", as well as some operatic arias to finish, including Rossini's "Di vaghi raggi adorno" from his opera "Il viaggio a Reims.". The recital is free entry with a retiring collection. Doors open 30 minutes before the recital, and the running time is about 1hr.
