About this Event
Join Dancing for Well-Being for a joyful, gentle, accessible movement session designed to help you reconnect with your body through music, rhythm and shared movement.
This session is suitable for anyone regardless of age or experience, all movement can be done seated or standing and everything is gently guided with no pressure to remember any steps!
Expect familiar music, simple movements and plenty of laughter and smiles. Our regular sessions support older people and address physical, emotional and social well-being with a focus on enjoyment and connection.
Whether you’re looking to move gently, de-stress or simply enjoy being in a room full of positive energy, come as you are, move how you can, leave feeling uplifted.
