Harrington's Auctioneers & Appraisers are coming to Nanaimo for an evaluation and buying event. Reserve your free and private appointment to meet with a specialist who will evaluate the following:
- Fine Art: Signed Oil paintings, watercolours, sketches, photographs, signed limited edition prints & multiples such as lithographs, engravings, etchings, etc. From Old Masters & classical images to contemporary & modern examples.
- Sculpture: Bronze, marble, stone, ivory, bone, wood, etc.
- Porcelain centrepieces, statues, vases, plaques, etc: Makers from Europe, America & Canada, examples: Sèvres, Meissen, KPM, etc.
- Quality Ceramics (contemporary): Studio & Art Pottery, examples: Rookwood, Harlander, Deichmann, etc.
- Signed Glass: Art Glass, examples: Lalique, Gallé, Daum, Baccarat, Venini, Orrefors, Tiffany, etc.
- Sterling Silver: Hallmarked silver including tea & coffee sets, tableware, boxes, candelabrum, candle sticks, snuff boxes, wine tasters, sauce boats, etc.
Sell, Consign, Or Simply Evaluate.
You can choose to sell your items to us directly, consign them to an upcoming auction, or simply find out more about their history and current value with no obligation to sell. Items valued at $500 or more are typically accepted for either consignment or purchase options, with commission rates ranging from 15-25% depending on the item's value. We take care of everything, including shipping, photography, research, insurance, and auction fees.
