Starting at the Edwin Warner Nature Center, off of route 100 at 6:30am. This is a great run that takes us along the Harpeth River, and provides a perfect out-and-back for what ever miles you want to get in this week.
We have a map for a 12 mile run, but adding on or limiting is totally your call.
This is a great run with lots of shade, very flat, and a nice break from the cars!
Hydration will be at the start/finish as well as at about the 5 mile mark on the other side of the golf driving range.
