Looking for a challenge for the new year with likeminded people? The Harpeth Hardheads Adventure Run Club is a rugged and gritty running group designed for experienced athletesseeking to challenge themselves, meet like-minded individuals, and deepen their connection with nature. Meeting twice a month at the scenic Harpeth River State Park, the club offers a unique opportunity to push your physical limits through road and trail running while enjoying the beauty of the great outdoors.
This week we will be kicking off 2025 at the Gossett Tract for a 3 mile run with an optional rugged workout at the end of the session. Meeting time is 9:00am at the trailhead (1230 Cedar Hill Rd)!
The club is
intended for athletes who have a solid foundation in running
and are eager to explore new terrain, develop their endurance, and engage in thrilling outdoor challenges. Each session will introduce participants to new routes, varying elevations, and exciting natural obstacles, ensuring no two runs are the same. Whether it's an intense trail loop, a technical hill workout, or an adventure-based run, the Hardheads are committed to providing an enriching, challenging experience that brings together runners passionate about adventure and fitness.
