Our WONDERFUL WINTER WORKSHOP!! Will be on Saturday 30th November 3.30-6pm at Whittington Community Hall, where we will once again have the AMAZING Absolute Harp, playing for our Duke Yoga vinyasa flow!
Followed by mulled wine and mince pies (other options available), Christmas crafts during our break and ending with a deeply relaxing yoga nidra yoga 🧘♀️
