🏃♂️ Distance: Approximately 8.5 miles
⛰️ Elevation Gain: Around 820ft
Join us for a circular guided trail run promising a pleasant route and a laid back vibe. Starting from Icklesham on the 1066 path we head towards Doleham, crossing the train tracks and climbing the hill towards the Henge. On the return we sweep through Three Oaks and Guestling, returning to hot drinks and home baked treats (VG).
Pace: Suitable for runners who can run at about a 12-minute mile pace or above on the flat.
Support: Two experienced run leaders and volunteers to guide and assist along the way
Gear: Trail shoes and appropriate clothing for the weather
Dogs: Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join us!
Important Notes:
Make sure to bring water and any additional snacks you might need on the run.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for a briefing before we set off.
