Join us on Thursday, May 23 as we partner with Touchstone Foundation for a lunch & learn at Southern Market on how to take care of your mental health while running a business.

Learn from Tamra Miller-Spence an expert on the art of balancing mental well-being with the demands of entrepreneurship. Discover practical tips and strategies to help you thrive both personally and professionally.

Note: This event will take place at Southern Market, in Room B, located in the back of the food hall. (Walk to the far back of the food hall, on the right side of the building. Go through the glass door in the back and look for Room B on your left.)

Tamra Miller-Spence has worked in the mental health field since 2010 in varying capacities such as behavioral technician, special needs' camp counselor, psychological evaluator, behavioral specialist among others. She has a passion for guiding and teaching individuals how to uncover and sustain the best versions of themselves. She has been a doula since 2022, which came about after experiencing her own struggles with postpartum anxiety and experiencing the lack of continuity of care for mamas. Tamra opened Redemption Wellness Services, LLC in December 2022, where she serves children through elderly aged for a host of concerns-particularly trauma, grief, and perinatal mental health. Tamra predominantly works with trauma survivors presently, using IFS and EMDR therapy. She spends her free time parenting her 3 children, reading, and doing pilates.
