This February, join us for an evening of deep relaxation, self-discovery, and self-acceptance.
This unique workshop combines the gentle practice of Yin Yoga, the soothing melodies of the violin, and a deeply immersive sound bath to guide you on a journey of embracing yourself fully and unconditionally.

Yin Yoga is a slower-paced style of yoga that targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia, in order to increase flexibility, improve joint mobility, and restore balance in the body. Unlike more dynamic forms of yoga, Yin Yoga focuses on holding postures for several minutes to allow the body to relax deeply and let go of tension.

This workshop features a stunning Violin Serenade during the stillness of savasana, and is led by the talented duo:
Allison Willet (VioYin): A classically trained musician and yoga teacher, blending the healing power of violin with soothing vocals.
Sharon MacGregor: A wellness expert, creating deeply meditative experiences with singing bowls and harmonious vibrations.

The combination of singing bowls, violin, will envelop you in a cocoon of sound, promoting deep relaxation, emotional release, and a sense of inner alignment.

• Guided Meditation: Ease into the evening with a meditation to cultivate self-love, acceptance, and stillness.
• Yin Yoga Practice: A deeply restorative sequence of poses designed to honor the Yin qualities of slowness, receptivity, and reflection.
• Violin Soundbath & Singing Bowls: Immerse yourself in the soothing melodies of live violin, singing bowls, and vocals—a sensory experience to align body, mind, and spirit.
• Love Letter Ritual: Conclude the evening by writing a love letter to yourself, acknowledging your strengths and embracing your journey with compassion and gratitude.
