About this Event
Come sit at this month's sacred circle Harmony Within on Saturday, November 30th 6pm at MDitate. You will get the opportunity to go inwards, to reconnect, to return home.
As we gather together in community Che' and Selah will support you on your journey. With intention and purpose you will experience Harmony Within through ceremonial cacao, restorative sound journey and chakra balancing experience.

Selah is a heart centered vibrational sound practitioner who gently guides you on your sound journey to a safe space within as you explore the and come back to the rememberance of your power.
