About this Event
The purpose of this event is to create a compassionate environment where attendees can reconnect with themselves and discover a sense of tranquility amidst the chaos of everyday life. By integrating the therapeutic vibrations of harp music with the mindful practice of yin yoga, participants will be guided towards releasing tension, enhancing emotional well-being, and fostering space to explore self-compassion.
During the session, you can expect to be enveloped in a serene atmosphere where the synergy between music and movement invites a deeper awareness of the body and breath. The trauma-informed approach ensures that the practice is inclusive and sensitive to the needs of every individual, allowing for personal exploration at your own pace.
Whether you are seeking stress relief, emotional balance, or simply a peaceful retreat, this event promises a transformative experience that harmonizes the body and mind, leaving you feeling rejuvenated with a deeper connection to you.
