Included with your seven night stay;
•All food, locally, sourced
•Airport transfers from San Jose (SJO) international airport, CR to and from hotel on the start and end dates of retreat.
•A WELCOME PARTY, Saturday evening after dinner. We will be enjoying a cacao ceremony.
• We will offer a 4:30 PM yoga class before dinner Sunday through Friday, and we will offer an early morning yoga practice at 7:30 AM before breakfast Monday through Friday.
• After dinner on the evenings that are open, there will be meditation held in the yoga studio, sometimes this will include mantra, singing, etc. Always optional and available for you
• One evening there will be a sound bath
• Each evening you would be able to socialize by the pool as well :-)
• The following excursions/activities will be included, you are not limited to or obligated to participate, as there are plenty of alternative options, as well as the nearby town and beach!
-A day trip to Manuel Antonio National Park.
-A superfoods of Docelunas walk and tasting.
-Essential vitamins and minerals of the immune system talk
-Bike ride for the incredible art of Jaco, we will have to rent the bicycles, which I will arrange for a local company to come to the resort so that we may choose to have bicycles for the week*. *This will be an added expense if you choose it.
• There are waterfalls, Sunset viewpoint, hiking trails, art studios, and a beautiful beach, all nearby!
We’ll keep you busy!
• Our retreat will have a farewell celebration on Friday evening with live entertainment after dinner!
PS- There are families attending and folks with partners, not everyone is coming for the yoga, and we love all of it! Think of this as an opportunity to be on a wonderful getaway together!!!

About the Rooms;
The Luxury rooms have a king bed, these are available for single travelers, or 2 people who want to share a bed. The Luxury style rooms have an indoor sitting area, as well as an outdoor sitting area. Book the Luxury suite if you're sharing your bed to book this room, if you are sharing, book both people in this booking.You will also get this style room if you book a single occupancy traveler in the Jr. Suite.
Retreat goers (2 people) who would like a larger room with private patio and reading nook, but would like to have their own bed, can book the Junior Suite style room (these have one king and one queen bed). This is also recommended for a family traveling to the retreat! Book the junior suite double occupancy for this room, book both people in this booking
The Deluxe Suite rooms have 2 queen beds and are ideal for 2 travelers. These rooms have all the comfort of a hotel room without the extra seating area and private patio. Book both roommates under the Deluxe double occupancy choice.
